bm-t (beteiligungsmanagement thüringen GmbH) is a regional private equity and venture capital firm that is headquartered in Erfurt, Germany. It was founded in 2003 as the investment arm of the German State of Thuringia. It operates as a subsidiary of the Thuringia Development Bank. The firm makes early and growth stage capital investments in Thuringia-based companies in the life sciences, optics, micro-electronics, internet, digital media, and information technology sectors. The firm makes equity investments in amounts between €100,000 — €10,000,000 and mezzanine investments in amounts between €100,000 — €5,000,000.

In, 2020, bm-t operated eight funds. with a combined value of €320 million. These funds include the Thuringia Startup Fund, Thuringia Growth Fund, MFT Mittelstands Fund Thuringia, Thuringia Founder Fund, Thuringia Innovation Fund, Private Equity Thuringia Fund GmbH & Co., and Thuringia Industry Investments GmbH & Co.
