Yvon Chouinard

Yvon Chouinard (born November 9, 1938)() is an American environmentalist, businessperson, and the founder of Patagonia, a clothing company. Chouinard was born in Lewiston, Maine, and holds United States citizenship. He completed his education at Stanford University. Yvon Chouinard's professional pursuits have led him to occupy the roles of an environmental advocate and a businessperson.
