Wirz and partners is a management and consulting company that specializes in recruitment and headhunting. Wirz & Partners was founded in 2009 by Erik Wirz. They offer search and recruitment services in the following markets: digitalization, IT, management consulting, pharma, medtech, and health. Wirz and Partners specialize in retained search, executive search for positions on board level, C level, and for senior executive level.

Wirz and Partners is an AG, or Aktiengesellschaft, which is a German term for a public limited company in which shares are offered to the general public and traded on a public stock exchange. Eric Wirz is the current president, and company partners include Yves Grosjean, Christophe Gutknecht, Yvonne Thoma, Andre L. Belleville, Andreas Bleiker. The current Executive Board is made up of Erik Wirz, Beat Zimmermann, Stephan Peyer, Christian Nolterieke, Dr. Adrian Jaggi, Andreas Bleiker, and Andy Waar.
