William R. Timken

William R. Timken is an American diplomat, born in 1938 in Canton, Ohio. He holds citizenship in the United States. Timken is a highly educated individual, having studied at renowned institutions such as Stanford University, Phillips Academy, Harvard University, and Harvard Business School. In addition to his diplomatic career, Timken is also the founder of Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management.
