In 2013, Voodoo SMS incorporated as Bulk SMS Ltd, with a new website and branding. The company opens offices in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
In 2014, Voodoo SMS launches its Email to SMS service.

In 2017, Voodoo SMS launches SMS Cascade, providing a flexible SMS service using keywords with either shortcode or long numbers and a range of actions to build an automated workflow for each inbound SMS received. The company also gains ISO 9001 accreditation this year.
In 2018, Voodoo SMS enjoys phenomenal growth. The back-end servers are upgraded to support growth.
In 2019, the company opens a second office in Manchester City Centre to accommodate its growth. The company also gains ISO 27001 accreditation this year.
