Usermind

Usermind is a Seattle-based company that focuses on analyzing customer relationships and facilitating relevant communication for marketing purposes. The company was founded by Michael Feaster and Przemek Pardyak in June of 2013 and has raised over $60 million in funding.

In July of 2021, Usermind and all of its employees were acquired by Qualtrics to track the "customer journey" and to personalize experiences across various channels in real time.
