Umpqua Bank is a Roseburg, Oregon-based mid-size regional bank and lender, founded in 1953, with locations in Oregon, Washington state, Idaho, California, and Nevada. Umpqua Bank provides personal banking, community banking, business banking, commercial banking, commercial real estate, corporate lending, private banking, retail banking, home lending, mortgages, investments, mergers & acquisitions, and wealth management services. The bank's tagline is "Umpqua Bank and you: Together for better."

Umpqua was acquired in October 2021 by Colombia Banking System, Inc. in a $5.1 billion all-stock deal. The combined entity of the two regional lenders has $50 billion in assets and is the area's largest regional bank by market share of deposits. The overall holding company is based in Tacoma, Washington and retains the Columbia name, while the combined banking operations is branded Umpqua and run from Umpqua's base in Oregon.
