Toniic is a venture capital firm headquartered in San Francisco, California, focused on creating positive social and environmental changes through capital investment. Toniic was founded in 2010 by a global community of impact investors consisting of Lisa Kliessner, Charly Kleissner, John Kohler, Morgan Simon, and Sean Foote.
Toniic initially began investing in early stage startups with for-profit business models that address pressing world challenges through equity and debt investments. Toniic would later turn its investment focus to support high net worth individuals, family offices, and foundations with interests in impact investing.
