The Protein Cluster is a cooperation between the Gelderland, Overijssel, Oost, and Food Valley provinces of the Netherlands. The Protein Cluster represents an innovation platform for plant-based companies to connect and innovate together to create better plant-based products. They assist companies find plant protein ingredients, semi-finished plant-based products, consumer products, and technologies that will help develop and commercialize their products.
