The Digital Food Processing Initiative

The Digital Food Processing Initiative provides companies with insights into all sorts of possibilities, including co-development, ‘living labs’, proofs-of-concept, and (national or international) consortium projects. The company uses a range of 3D printing technologies to show the possibility of creating a variety of food products with interesting features. The initiative was launched in 2018 with a goal to provide companies with insight into the possibilities and support them with knowledge about food and high-tech systems.
