The D.O.C., born Tracy Lynn Curry on October 6, 1968, is an American musician from Dallas, Texas. He holds citizenship in the United States. The D.O.C. is known for his work in various genres such as gangsta rap, West Coast hip hop, G-funk, hardcore hip hop, and hip hop music.

He is a founder of Death Row Records and has had various occupations in the music industry, serving as a rapper, record producer, songwriter, and vocalist. The D.O.C. has used several pseudonyms throughout his career, including Doc-T, The D.O.C., and The Diggy Diggy Doc.
