TechDash Telecom provides end-to-end connectivity solutions for telecommunication networks. Greater Tech Holdings (GTH), the holding company of TechDash Telecom, was established by five brothers in 2000. Each brother had a previous career in the telecommunication industry. TechDash Telecom and TechDash Communications are both held by GTH.
The company's mission and vision is to provide customers with the highest quality design, engineering, deployment, integration, and maintenance solutions and to improve connectivity for communities across the United States and help customers maintain resilient, reliable, and innovative communication.
The company's current Leadership team includes CEO John Goodman, President Scott Pickett, CFO Geoff Miller, COO Duncan Maclean, SVP Business Development Mark Stiles and VP Operations Rick Boyd.
Prior to cofouding TechDash, Goodman was a founding member of Goodman Networks, where he served as CEO for over fifteen years. Goodman has his bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Tech University.
President Scott Pickett is also a founding member of the company and is currently responsible for IT, HR, Business Development, Operations and Marketing for the company. Pickett was formerly the CFO for Goodman Networks for over fifteen years and also served as CEO and CFO of a start-up healthcare company. Pickett holds his bachelor's degree in computing and information science from McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois.
CFO Geoff Miller has over thirty years of experience in finance. Prior to TechDash, Miller was a Partner at Tatum and served as Interim CFO to several other companies, including Safe Harbor Marinas, GCATS Investments LLC, and Goodman Networks. Miller is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds his certification from the Maryland Association of CPAs. Miller earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore, respectively.
COO of IS Duncan Maclean has over seventeen years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked with Sprint, Vodafone, Telefonica, and T-Mobile, as well as Ericsson. Maclean holds his bachelor's degree in management electronics and global communications systems.
Mark Stiles is the company's current SVP of Business Development. Stiles has over thirty-five years of experience in telecommunications sales and network deployment, as well as companies such as Ericsson, Nextel, Motorola, and Clear Wire. Stiles holds his bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern Illinois University.
TechDash's current VP of Operations, Rick Boyd, has over thirty-five years of experience in the telecom industry and is also a veteran of the United States Air Force. Prior to TechDash, Boyd worked for companies such as Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
