The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and was founded by Darren Nix and Datha Santomieri in 2020.  Steadily allows landlords to purchase insurance and address property needs directly through a mobile experience. The company announced its first funding round on October 29, 2020, in the amount of $3.8M.
