SetSchedule.com’s AI-driven software platform connects real estate agents to homeowners and home buyers in the area and provides information on properties and market trends.
SetSchedule was founded in 2014 by Roy Dekel. In October 2017 it was announced that the company’s network has grown to 3,000 real estate agents. In 2018, SetSchedule partnered with the real estate data and technology company Home Junction in order to expand the AI capabilities of the SetSchedule platform.
The company has raised and donated over $30,000 for charities, including the American Technion Society (ATS), the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, the American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Larger than Life.
In 2017, SetSchedule received the Orange County Top Workplaces Award in the Small Company category.
The SetSchedule platform uses AI to connect realtors to homeowners, home buyers, and investors. Predictive data is utilized to identify properties, and automated marketing is used to understand timing, seller/buyer intent, and market conditions. Value reports can be created for individual properties, providing an estimated valuation based on public information. The platform also provides access to sales advice and mentorship, and CRM tools that track the activity between an agent and a lead.
Since 2018, SetSchedule has been operating its SetValue service, where real estate buyers and sellers can check the value of a property and connect to a local real estate agent. Property values are estimated using AI algorithms that aggregate data from public sources, factoring in market trends and consumer behavior.
