Rik Krieger is co-founder of the Swiss FinTech Sonect - a startup that makes it possible to withdraw cash in shops, restaurants, kiosks and other places via "virtual ATMs". Sonect is one of the finalists in the "Next Global Hot Thing" category at the Digital Economy Award.
After his bachelor's degree in St. Gallen, Rik started his career in business development at Gate Group International, where he worked for various airlines worldwide. In the years that followed, he gained extensive experience in marketing at various companies in the FMCG sector.
After founding a comedy production company, Rik successfully completed the Executive MBA at the University of Zurich in March 2019.
