Reservoir Capital Group

Reservoir Capital Group is a New York-base venture capital firm that creates hedge funds and private equity firms in order to make investments. It has invested in companies that are researching and producing services and products for clean energy.

The company has had four funds; the first one was an evergreen fund called the 'Opportunistic Fund' and was launched at the inception of the company. In 2010, the company launched Reservoir/ContourGlobal Co-Investment Fund, which invested in a power generation company of the same name. The Reservoir Strategic Partners Fund was introduced in 2012 and had a private equity-like structure as did the 2014 Reservoir Resource Partners Fund, which focused on natural resources.
