Pusan National University

Pusan National University (PNU), also known as 부산대학교, is a public educational institution in South Korea. It was founded on May 15, 1946 and is located in Busan. PNU is an organization that operates in the education, higher education, university, and research sectors.

The university is accredited by the Korean Council for University Education and the Ministry of Education of Korea. Pusan National University has a motto, "Truth, Liberty, Devotion".

In addition to being a member of the Open Education Consortium, PNU also has subsidiaries such as the Advanced Semiconductor and Display group and the Pusan National University School of Law.
