Pritzker Group

Pritzker Group, also known as Pritzker Group, New World Ventures, Pritzker Group Venture Capital, and PGVC, is an Illinois based firm founded by Jay Robert Pritzker in 1996. The group's investment strategies include private capital, venture capital and asset management. It usually invests in seed capital, early stage and late stage ventures.

Pritzker Group helps its portfolio companies by offering a network of strategic partners, advisors and customers.

As of November 2019 the group has acquired or invested in more than 100 companies including Milestone AV Technologies, Light stream and Spring Labs.
