The Portland Seed Fund is a microventure capital firm that invests in seed and early stage ventures. Founded in 2010 by Angela Jackson at Portland, Oregon, it invests on pre-seed and seed-stage companies in the Pacific Northwest. The majority of these investments are in Oregon while 10-20% are in other parts of the Northwest. The company typically invests $50,000 to $100,000 with participation in multiple follow on rounds in any business sector.
