Established in 2012, Piceasoft is situated in Tampere, Finland. The company operates within the mobile and consumer electronics economy. The company offers a platform that assists companies in providing trade-in, insurance, repair, and recycling services. The artificial intelligence-powered platform offers a software solution for personal device lifecycle management.

Specializing in mobile to PC connectivity solutions, the company develops solutions and software applications that allow users to transfer content like music, pictures, videos, and files between devices and upload them with multimedia content from the internet. Users can also use their phone as a mobile hotspot for their laptop or tablet devices and send SMS messages from their PC.

In 2020, Piceasoft got a €2M funding from the Horizon 2020 program with the help of Spinverse, a consulting company. The company was given advice on their business model and service re-formulation for the application process.
