OneBill is a billing and revenue management platform enabling businesses to scale product and pricing offers (CPQ), automate the service activation process, manage billing and accounts receivables, configure offers for partners/resellers, and provide subscriptions for customers.
The company was established in 2009 by JK Chelladurai, a founding team member of Portal Software, which was acquired by Oracle in 2006. JK began OneBill to offer a cloud-based OSS/BSS solution for businesses of different sizes with varying needs.
OneBill supports different kinds of billing models, like one-time billing, subscription billing, usage-based billing, recurring billing, hybrid billing, and dynamic billing models. The integrated cloud billing platform is coupled with five different products, including CPQ, BRM, SDP, CRM, and MLCM, in one cloud platform to automate the billing process.
The cloud billing platform supports the multi-level channel partner management and the real-time settlement for channel partners. The team helps in the data migration process as part of the initial onboarding stage.
The OneBill platform also enables customers to integrate with third-party systems including but unlimited to payment gateways, tax vendors, accounting software, e-signature tools, and SMTP providers. Some of the third-party systems that are integrated with OneBill are Authorize.Net, Stripe, SureTax, Avalara, QuickBooks, FedEx, and DocuSign.
