Novadex is a company developing on top of the Binance Smart Chain. The company offers its massively multiplayer online (MMO) play-to-earn strategy game, Legend of Novaria, and a DeFi platform, NovaDEX, where users can purchase and sell their NOVA tokens. The tokens are available on the NovaDEX exchange and can be used and earned in the Legend of Novaria game. To partake in the Novadex ecosystem, users have to connect their cryptocurrency wallet and use those tokens in either the Legend of Novaria game or in Novadex's Money Pot.
In the NovaDEX exchange, users are incentivized to provide liquidity and stake their NOVA tokens in a NOVA farm by providing 75 percent of the swap fees to a daily dividend rewards pot, called the Money Pot, to be distributed to all those who hold the sNOVA token, a reward token that can only be obtained by providing liquidity and staking. This approach is intended to counterbalance the potential value collapse that occurs in farming rewards that have been seen in other such models.
