Overview

Norco is a bicycle manufacturing company, founded in 1964 in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia and a division of Live to Play Sports. The company was founded by Bert Lewis and was initially operated from a converted chicken coop. Norco was one of the first manufacturers of ten-speed bicycles. The company's brand is based on the company's "Dirt First" ethos, inspired by internationally renowned mountain bike riding in British Columbia. The brand has gained recognition through awards and accolades earned by athletes, and many supported Canadian athletes, riding Norco bicycles.
