Natalie Cole

Natalie Cole was an American singer-songwriter, composer, songwriter, pianist, writer, and actor, born on February 6, 1950, in Los Angeles, California. She held citizenship in the United States. Cole is the daughter of well-known musicians Nat King Cole and Maria Cole. Her birth name is Natalie Maria Cole.

Natalie Cole studied at various institutions, including the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Northfield Mount Hermon School, and the Buckley School in California. As a musician, she was involved in the music industry, exploring a range of genres such as funk, pop music, soul music, jazz, and jazz fusion.

Cole received multiple Grammy Awards during her career, including the award for Best Jazz Vocal Album, Best New Artist, MusiCares Person of the Year, and Record of the Year. Unfortunately, Natalie Cole passed away on December 31, 2015, in Los Angeles, California.
