Ming Chuan University, also known as 銘傳大學, is a private university in Taiwan. Established in 1957, the university is an educational organization belonging to the education, higher education, and university industries. It is located in Taipei, Taiwan.
Ming Chuan University holds several accreditations, including the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan, the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, and the Middle States Commission of Higher Education. The university is also affiliated with the Established University Consortium of Taiwan.
The motto of Ming Chuan University is "Honesty, Modesty, Respect, Fortitude". As of now, the university has assigned 10 patents. Ming Chuan University F.C., a football club, is a subsidiary of the university.
