MetAmpere is a United Kingdom established business developing a lithium mining project in Cornwall.
Following two years of metallurgical process research and development, and extensive ground mapping, in the second quarter of 2019 ,MétAmpère successfully completed its maiden Cornwall lithium drilling programme. Six reverse circulation holes were drilled with a maximum depth of 201.5 m. Hole 1 on 30 April 2019 was the first lithium exploration hole ever drilled in the United Kingdom. Broad intercepts of potentially economic lithium micas were found.
