MState is an accelerator and venture capital firm founded in 2017 by Ed Sim, Eliot Durbin, Rob Bailey. It is headquartered in New York City, United States. The firm specializes in funding companies that are working on distributed computing technology as well as providing resources for startups in the field to further develop their business. The firm prefers to fund companies during the early stage of financing. As of June 2019, MState has invested in four companies and maintains its share of ownership in them.
