Lou Tellegen

Lou Tellegen (born Isidor Louis Bernard Edmon van Dommelen) was a Dutch-American playwright, theatre director, screenwriter, and film director. He held citizenship in both the Netherlands and the United States.

Tellegen was born on November 26, 1881, in Sint-Oedenrode, Netherlands. He became a notable figure in the entertainment industry, adopting the professional name of Lou Tellegen, an alias derived from his birth name. Lou Tellegen passed away on October 29, 1934, in Hollywood, California.
