Established in 2021, Locaila is a California-based location techology research and development company. The company offers super-resolution location tracking, positioning technology, and 5G carrier phase positioning.

The company focuses on mobile location technology and provides a solution to centimeter grade location finding by utilizing ground base carrier phase positioning. It is a spin-off company from Korea's R&D institute, ETRI. The company's solutions include cell phone location technology licensing, pedestrian crash warning, and a map service for enhancing indoor location accuracy.

In January 2019, Korea RADOPOS & US RADOPOS (CA) was founded. It was incubated by ETRI. In 2020, the company was awarded a $500,000 R&D fund by the Government. In 2021, US Locaila, Inc (Delaware) was established. Locaila is a 10 U.S/PCT Patent Holder In the Area of Phase Measurement.
