inOvate Communications Group was a California based venture capital firm investing in wireless product and service companies. Bruce Lawler founded the company in 2000, which made its last investment in August 2004. It has made investments in five companies; Danger, Watercove Networks, FiberTower, Kodiak Networks, and inCode Consulting. It completed four exits during its operation. Danger was acquired by Microsoft, Watercove Networks by Alcatel-Lucent, FiberTower merged with First Avenue Networks, and inCode Consulting was acquired by VeriSign.
