Harold Budd

Harold Budd was an American composer, poet, pianist, record producer, and musician born on May 24, 1936, in Victorville, California. He was educated at the University of Southern California and USC Thornton School of Music. He held United States citizenship and was associated with the music industry.

During his career, Budd worked in various music genres such as avant-garde music, jazz, ambient music, minimal music, and neoclassical. He passed away on December 8, 2020, in Arcadia, California.
