Geoff Tate

Geoff Tate, born on January 14, 1959, is an American saxophonist, composer, lyricist, singer, and songwriter hailing from Stuttgart. He became a naturalized citizen of the United States. Tate's musical journey began at Woodrow Wilson High School in Tacoma, Washington. As a music artist, he has been predominantly associated with genres like heavy metal music, progressive metal, traditional heavy metal, alternative metal, power metal, and hard rock. Currently, Geoff Tate is based in Seattle.
