Frontier Digital Ventures

Frontier Digital Ventures (also known as FDV) is an investor in and operator of online classified businesses focused on property, automotive and general classifieds in both frontier and emerging markets. The company identifies early-stage opportunities where it can invest in businesses and aim to create value through its optimization methods. FDV retains significant equity ownership alongside local entrepreneurs, leveraging their expertise and experience. FDV was founded by Shaun Di Gregorio in May 2014, and is backed by Catcha Group's Patrick Grove and Luke Elliott. It was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange on 26 August 2016.
