Founded 1994 in Beijing,China, it typically invests in Series B. Its portfolio companies include GZHC365, KONGMING, Seatwave, Wahanda, GoodData, and Notonthehighstreet.

The company is now known as Fidelity International Limited and has a proprietary investment arm called Eight Roads Ventures. This venture capital fund has offices in China, India, Japan and the UK. In 2015, Fidelity Growth Partners announced the Eight Road Ventures £150 million (nearly $250 million) fund.
