Decisive Point is a venture investment and advisory firm specializing in emerging technologies for aerospace & defense, health and human services, energy, and critical infrastructure. The firm partners with early-stage companies and assists them in navigating the US Government Acquisition system to support their growth with non-dilutive capital. They work with companies to capture R&D funding and contracts and to help them gain insights into growth potential in government and commercial markets.

The firm runs the National Security Innovation Network’s (NSIN) Propel Accelerator program. The program serves as the Department of Defense’s national security innovation in New York City. The NSIN is a program under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering that brings together defense, academic, and entrepreneurial innovators to solve national security problems. Alongside Newlab, a multi-disciplinary technology center in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Decisive Point collaborates with DoD laboratories, program executive offices, and government end-users to identify national security capability gaps while supporting the adoption of commercial solutions from emerging technology startups.
