Daniel Borel co-founded Logitech a Swiss holding company in 1981. Dr. Borel served as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and President of Logitech S.A from 1982 to 1988. As of 1992, he moved to the USA and assumed the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Logitech group. He took Logitech public on Nasdaq in 1997.
