Colin Higgins (1941-1988) was an Australian-American film director, screenwriter, film producer, writer, playwright, theatre director, and actor. Born in Nouméa on July 28th, 1941, Higgins held citizenship in both Australia and the United States.
Higgins was educated at Stanford University and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He also attended the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. During his career, he directed the film "Foul Play".
