ClickIPO is a company offering a platform for retail distribution optimization of initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary offerings that is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and was founded in 2011 by James Farrelly, Jerrod Bailey, and Scott Coyle. The ClickIPO platform allows their customers to access to IPOs and secondary offerings using their existing brokerage through their mobile applications available on the App Store and Google Play.
ClickIPO does not charge their customers commission fees for their customers participating in IPOs using their platform. ClickIPO makes money by being paid commission from the Underwriter responsible for allocating offered shares.
On April 2017 ClickIPO completed their seed funding round with $3.2 million in funding from Jonathan Payne. On April 12, 2018 ClickIPO expanded their seed funding round with $475,000 in funding from undisclosed investors.
On August 28, 2019 ClickIPO completed their series A funding round with $2 million in funding from undisclosed investors.
