Class 5 Global is a venture capital and private equity firm investing in companies founded in emerging markets that is headquartered in San Francisco, California and was founded in 2018 by Joel Ayala and Zach Finkelstein. Before founding Class 5 Global Zach Finkelstein worked for 5 years (August 2012 to July 2017) as a venture capitalist for Lumia Capital where he lead investments in Careem, CargoX, and Shedul. Finkelstein was also on the Forbes Magazines 30 under 30 list.
