Cathaya Capital

Cathaya Capital was a Shanghai, China based venture capital firm and subsidiary of Cathaya Funds. They focused on cross-border investments in businesses with interests in China and international markets, including businesses needing incremental funding, enhanced cross border alliances, corporate reorganization or were seeking a merger, acquisition or international IPO.

Cathaya Capital has made investments in ZAP, a creator and distributor of advanced technology vehicles; eBaoTech, a digital solution provider to the global insurance industry; and Echosens, an innovative technology company offering a range of products and services to physicians.
