Blekko is an American company and search engine launched in November 2010 that uses slash tags to sort and filter results.
The development of blekko started in 2007. Developers use pure search results from uninformative and useless sites, which they hope to surpass Google search. For users, the site opened on November 1, 2010 and is currently in beta testing. Currently, there are over 3 million verified pages in the SERPs, and there is no large farm in the SERPs.
In 2015, the search engine closed, joining the company "IBM Watson".
