BioSense is a manufacturer of several products for patient isolation rooms. Their negative pressure unit known as the Recirculator II is a mobile air controlling unit.
The Recirculator II air purification system can convert standard patient rooms into CDC compliant negative pressure or positive pressure Protective Environments (PE) and Airborne Infectious Isolation Rooms (AIIR). The Recirculator II can be moved to another room quickly, adding isolation wards or patient isolation surge capacity to new or existing facilities easily.
The Recirculator II was specifically designed to combat the resurgence of Tuberculosis and the control of SARS, Avian Flu, SwineFlu H1N1, and new threats like COVID-19. All products exceed OSHA regulations.
