Bandwagon Technologies

Bandwagon Technologies is a mobile game developer from Wilmington, North Carolina founded by Erik Horbacz. Their initial game, TriviaGO is a location-based and at-home game focused on competitive and collaborative trivia gaming. Businesses can use TriviaGO to entertain patrons with mobile gaming, including creating tournaments available from their individual venues and design custom rewards. TriviaGO is available for iPhone and Android.

Businesses using Bandwagon's apps pay a monthly subscription, which allows users to customize and automate games and tournaments. They launched a final version of TriviaGO in Q1 2019 after having what they describe as success with customer retention in their beta.

Raised in June 2015, Bandwagon Technologies received $300,000 in funding from Angels William Jones, Jonathan Rubinstein, Robert Fain, Greg Jones and CEO Erik Horbacz.

In June 2019, Bandwagon Technologies partook in Newchip's Seed Accelerator.

Bandwagon is looking to raise $3 million in a Series A by Q4 2019.
