BE Intent

BE Intent is a company that has developed two cloud-based tools that are designed to assist companies in thriving internally through employees and leaders. The company was founded in 2009 by Suzanne Hall, In Auckland, New Zealand.

The tools that the company has developed include a desktop application for employees, and a dashboard that is geared towards leaders. The desktop application is based around neuro-science and positive psychology research. It gauges the state-of-mind of the employee, analyzes what they need to do for the day and gives the employee attitude adjustment messages. The messages are designed to increase self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and health behaviors. The dashboard is powered by dynamic reporting and assists leaders to make decisions and create more engagement.

BE Intent aims to be able to change an employee's state of mind, provide personalized topics to adjust attitude, manage employee output, retain employee goals, profile employees through quizzes, and keep an online journal for employees.
