AppearMe is a real-time and on-demand web and mobile app that connects thousands of legal professionals within minutes. The company's solution lets users find an appearance attorney anytime they need within minutes and helps legal practitioners to increase their practice by scouting clients from the platform, enabling litigators and attorneys to connect conveniently for litigation work. In March, 2020 AppearMe had 10,000 attorneys signed up to their system and 98.7% of requests receiving a successful match with an appearance or freelance attorney.

AppearMe allows clients to find an appearance attorney in an area of law and near a court location. These include attorneys qualified in family law, immigration, bankruptcy, civil and criminal law. This includes allowing users to find a deposition attorney when needed and within minutes. Deposition attorneys registered through AppearMe receive push notifications through the mobile application.

For freelance attorneys, AppearMe offers a platform where clients can hire them for various tasks such as research memos, answers to a complaint, writing a complaint, drafting a lawsuit, drafting wills and trusts packages, responding to a discovery set, case summaries, and drafting deposition sets. The platform is also a tool freelance attorneys can use to build their legal practice and find new clients.

AppearMe allows users to find a professional registered court reporter through their platform. Through AppearMe, users can share files and communicate with the court reporter they have connected with. AppearMe says all of the court reporters in their system go through a verification process before joining the platform.

AppearMe allows users to hire certified interpreters, professionally qualified interpreters, and language skilled interpreters. The available languages include American Sign language, Arabic, Armenian, Bengali, Cantonese, Farsi, Foochow, French, German, Haitian Creole, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Mandarin, Navajo, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Polish, Turkish, Italian, Yoruba, Pidgin, Hausa, Azerbaijani, Hindi, Urdu, Dutch, Bosnian-Serbian-Croatian, Hmong, Ilocano, Lao, Marshallese, and Drinka.

Through AppearMe, attorneys are able to refer cases for other attorneys to accept. This also allows other attorneys to go through AppearMe and accept referred cases. Attorneys referring cases can receive a referral fee through AppearMe as well.
