Andrew Schally (born November 30, 1926 in Vilnius) is a physician and biochemist who holds dual citizenship in Poland and the United States . Schally obtained his medical education at the McGill University Faculty of Medicine . He was awarded the 1977 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine .
