Adara Ventures is a Luxembourg based venture capital firm. They invest in early stage companies in cybersecurity, big data, artificial intelligence, advertising technology, software-as-a-service and other digital enterprise sectors in Western Europe.
Adara Ventures looks for technology based startups with B2B models in either Seed or Series A. They invest up at €2 million and up to €9 million.
Adara Ventures has invested in OpenBravo, Loopup, SeedTag, 4iQ, Alien Vault, Stratio, Playgiga, Counter Craft, Scalefast, Kompyte, Cambridge Broadband Networks, Qbitia, Fluzo, OrbitalAds, and Hdiv.
They have exited investments in Alien Vault, ADD semiconductors, Elastix, Eyesquad, Genasys, and Polymita.
Adara Ventures has raised three funds. The first, Adara Ventures I, raised €55 million in March 2006. The second, Adara Ventures II, raised €40 million in June 2013. And the third, Adara Ventures III, raised €65 million in July 2019.
