309th Software Engineering Group

The 309th Software Engineering Group is located at the Hill Air Force Base in Utah and is comprised of 1,800 members. The professionals in the group have a focus on developing solutions for the warfighter in the form of software and hardware. There are different units, or squadrons, within the group that have specific targets of development, such as automatic test equipment development and sustainment, command and control and space systems, and operational flight programs for the F-16 fighter aircraft.
