Yves Meyer

Yves Meyer, born on July 19, 1939, is a mathematician from France. He was born in Paris and is currently located in France. Meyer received his education at the University of Strasbourg.

Meyer is an Abel Prize laureate, having been awarded the prestigious prize in 2017. He has mentored and guided several doctoral students during his career, including Diego Manuel Chamorro and Pascal Auscher. His own doctoral advisor was Jean-Pierre Kahane.
