Web3WomenUnion is a Union and Resource Aggregation Platform for women in Web3. The union's objective is to support and inspire more women to join the Web3 community. The organization strives to develop a more inclusive Web3 space and create an open understanding of the female contribution in the wave of Web3. The union's motto is Aspiration, Equality & Rapport.

Established in 2022, the group for women regularly hosts discussion forums to explore why the female presence in the Chinaverse is sparse. The group addresses concerns regarding investments, the ties of traditional roles, expectations like motherhood, and the ongoing challenges that the women in the Web3 world go through every day.
